I am NOT a big fan of fish head anything… BUT everything changed just last night when my parents brought me to this place in Puchong which specializes ONLY in Salmon Fish Head noodles. Of course I didn’t go for the fish head, just the meat and the soup… AND the noodles… I’ve tasted quite a number of such noodles but this by far was the best.

A menu of NOTHING but Salmon Fish Head Noodles…

Generous chunks of Salmon meat cooked in a thick broth of milk with I think a hint of rice wine and something and something… of course I wouldn’t know… otherwise I’d be the chef right???

This place is highly recommended…

Only thing is, I’m not sure if it’s Halal. One thing for sure, they don’t serve pork – but there’s a hint of rice wine I tasted in the soup. Is that still Halal?
