MTV World Stage 2010 with Katy Perry and more… Part 1 of 2

So MTV World Stage 2010 LIVE in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia came and left… but there were tonnes of memories… including one where my heart was fluttering, my cheeks were red, I had sweaty palms and for some strange reason, my cheeks vibrated when I spoke… (I’m not kidding – Fabes & Amrita our producer saw it…)

Katy Perry got my cheeks vibrating… erm.. trembling…
The person that got me going through that ‘physical’ drama was Katy Perry. A day before we were supposed to meet her… we were told that we’d meet her… Nadia went nuts and started planning how many batteries & cameras to bring in case the camera dies of battery goes nuts on her when she takes pictures with her… I was quietly ‘fluttering’. To be honest, I flutter whenever I’m next to big celebrities… okay… maybe not all… just the HOT ones.

Friday came along – 29th July 2010, it was 4:30pm – we were set to meet Katy Perry… she was in the room, waiting… I dressed up in the most colourful Puma sweater I’ve got… just to make sure she sees me… then BAM! this cow wore the same thing!!!

Trust me, Fabes and I didn’t plan it… he apparently wanted the same thing as well… so we got into the room… there she was… seated down Fabes hugged her, I hugged her… and I got a spot RIGHT NEXT to her… my cheeks started vibrating… WHY? No freaking idea… Perhaps Katy Perry is just hot… BIG eyes, long legs, long hair… okay, I’m going to sound like a pervert… I’ll stop right there…

This was taken when she was doing some IDs… Radio term – that’s when Katy Perry goes like “Hey, it’s Katy Perry and you’re listening to my 3 stooges on Fly FM Pagi Show” or something like that…

We laughed a lot… she called us perverts… (Fabes & I)… and asked some questions… some hot, some dumb, some erm… strange… we’ll probably set-up an audio archive on Fly FM in case you missed it… but here’s a vid of Ms Katy… or Mrs Brand… I took when I was SERIOUSLY close… yes, my cheeks were trembling then as well…
