I was M.I.A… was I really? The truth…

So if you were listening to the Pagi Show on the 7th of July and heard the 2 ‘cows’ Fabes and Nadia going… ‘where the heck is Ben’… they were apparently hunting for me and came up with some conspiracy theory saying I took emergency leave to learn-up a new dish in preparation for the Fly FM Pagi Show Cook-Off in Resorts World Genting (I’ve got that post coming up) – they were WRONG! I was actually in Sekinchan… with Stella my wife… there was this very important ceremony Stella and I had to attend… it was the celebration of a relative’s ‘passing away’ anniversary – and if you STILL don’t believe me, I’ve got PROOF!

This massive paper house that would be burnt later that night… I heard it costs around RM8,000+!!!

Comes complete with an aquarium on each side…

Moving paper dolls… (yes, it’s almost like the ‘it’s a small world’ attraction in Disneyland)

And then of course… there’s the preparation for the MASSIVE feast for hundreds of people! This was cooked in some yard!

Enough proof? I’m sorry if the pictures were a bit disturbing… I suppose you can look at it as celebration of life after leaving our physical world
